The past 2 days, I have been without power. I have called at least 5 times to get some service sent to my house, only to have the worse customer service. One woman even tried to shame me by telling me about other customers. I have seen trucks on my street, but none of them stopped at my house. 3 times did I see them pass when I specifically called about my problem. All of my fridge goods are ruined after grocery shopping. Thanks a lot.
